An Ordinance to amend the definition of "Coordinator" and the authorizing statute, Michigan Public Act 390 of 1976, as amended.

Genoa Township Amendment Notice

On August 20, 1990 at the regular meeting of the Genoa Township Board certain provisions of the Genoa Township Emergency and Disaster Preparedness Ordinance were amended.

These amendments concern the changes in Public Act No. 390 of 1976 and the definition of "Coordinator". The Ordinance was amended as follows:

Article 1.0: Purpose

Section 1.2

The provisions of this Ordinance provides the means through which the Township Board may exercise the Authority and discharge the responsibilities vested in them by Act No. 390, Public Acts of 1976, as amended.

Article 2.0: Definitions

Section 2.1.1

"Coordinator" shall mean the Livingston County Emergency Services Coordinator appointed to coordinate emergency planning and services within Livingston County, including Genoa Township.

Skolarus, duly elected Clerk of the Township of Genoa, County of Livingston and state of Michigan, do hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy and the whole of an Ordinance adopted by the Genoa Township Board at a regular meeting on August 20, 1990, in witness whereof I have set my hand and seal this 21st day of August 1990.
