1. 25-17…A request by Gary Poma, 4075 Highcrest, front and shoreline setback variance and any other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board of Appeals, to demolish an existing home and construct a new home.
2. 25-18…A request by Robert Ready, 5377 Wildwood, for front and shoreline variances and any other variances deemed necessary by the Zoning Board of Appeals, to demolish an existing home and construct a new home. WRITTEN REQUEST RECEIVED TO WITHRAW APPLICATION
