3. Presentation and acceptance of Financial Statements and Audit of Township Funds by Township Auditor Ken Palka (Pheffer, Haniford & Palka)

4. Request for approval to enter into a lease agreement with T-Mobile for the placement of a cellular tower on the Oak Pointe Water Tower.

5. Public Hearing and Request for approval of the ordinance amending the Genoa Charter Township General Ordinance, Fire Prevention and Protection.

6. Request for approval of a construction proposal from Fonson Construction and an engineering services proposal from Tetra Tech to construct athletic fields and install a walking path on the Township Hall property.
