4. Request for approval of a site plan application, impact assessment and site plan for two retail buildings consisting of 50,125 sq. ft. and  6,750 sq. ft. located on the South side of Grand River Ave., west of the 1-96 exit 141, sec. 9, petitioned by Weiss Properties. (07-10)

5. Request for approval of an extension of a Special Use Permit for a proposed outdoor display in front of the existing garden center, located at Lowe’s, 100 S. Latson Road, Sec. 5, petitioned by Lowe’s.
