Genoa Township Board
SPECIAL MEETING
AUGUST 16, 2004
MINUTES
The special meeting was called to order at 11:00 a.m. at the Genoa
Township Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance was then said. The following
board members were present constituting a quorum for the transaction of
business: Gary McCririe, Todd Smith, Robin Hunt and Jim Mortensen. Also
present were Planning Commission members: Teri Olsen, Don Pobuda, and
Mark Snyder. Township Manager Michael Archinal, Township Attorney Rick
Heikkinen, Counsel Joe Galvin, Planning Coordinator, Kelly Kolakowski,
Township Planners Jeff Purdy and Eva Garza, and Township Engineers, Gary
Markstrom and Tesha Humphriss were also in attendance.
The group reviewed and discussed public comment received at the
8/11/04 Public Hearing. The Board took no action.
Moved by Mortensen, supported by Smith, to approve the Agenda as
presented. The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting of the Genoa Township Board was adjourned at 12:55 p.m.
