1. Consider motion to amend resolution authorizing recreation grant
application. MINUTES
Supervisor McCririe called the joint meeting of the Township Board,
Planning Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 7:00 p.m.
Township Board members included Supervisor McCririe, Treasurer Hunt,
Clerk Skolarus, and Trustees Mortensen, Smith and Ledford; Planning
Commissioner members Cahill, Olson, Curt Brown and Commission Chairman
Pobuda; Zoning Board of Appeals members Barbara Figurski and Doug Brown;
Planning Consultant Purdy; Planning Coordinator Kolalowski; Code
Enforcement Officer Van Tassell and Township Manager Archinal.
Supervisor McCririe made a call to the public for items not on the
agenda. Hearing none the call to the public was closed.
1. Consider motion to amend resolution authorizing recreation grant
application.
Manager Archinal presented an Engineer’s Opinion of Probable Cost for
the DNR Trust Fund Grant Application in the amount of $561,087.50 with a
36% match by the township estimated at approximately $202,000.00. Said
costs need to be added to the resolution.
Moved by Ledford, seconded by Hunt, to amend the resolution supporting
the DNR Trust Fund Grant Application by adding the proposed project cost
of $561,087.50. The motion carried by roll call vote as follows: Ayes –
Smith, Ledford, Mortensen, Hunt, Skolarus and McCririe. Nay – None.
Absent – Combs.
Jeff Purdy reviewed proposed modifications to the Zoning Ordinance. No
action was taken and Purdy was directed to prepare a draft.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:03 p.m.
