Zoning Board of Appeals Meeting on December 11, 2007
MINUTES
Vice Chairperson Barbara Figurski called the regular meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals to order at 6:30 p.m. at the Genoa Charter Township Hall. The Pledge of Allegiance was then said. The following board members were present constituting a quorum for transaction of business: Kevin Brady, Joe Perri, Steve Wildman and Barbara Figurski. Also present was Township staff member Adam Van Tassell and approximately 2 persons in the audience.
Vice Chairperson Barbara Figurski gave introduction of the board members.
Moved by Brady, supported by Perri, to approve the agenda as presented. Motion carried unanimously.
07-39…A request by Dennis Cuffe, Section 11, 1695 Edwin, for a side and rear yard variance to construct a detached accessory structure.
Moved by Brady, supported by Perri, to approve case # 07-39 for a 4'6" side yard setback with a 5'6" variance and a rear yard setback of 2' with a 8' variance to construct a detached accessory located at 1695 Edwin Dr., the structure is to be guttered. The finding of fact is the narrowness of the lot. Motion carried unanimously.
Moved by Perri, supported by Wildman, to approve the November 13th, 2007 Zoning Board of Appeals minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
